Tyndall Street is a prime 7 acre (2.96 ha) site in the heart of Cardiff, a gateway between the City centre and Cardiff Bay. The site was acquired in Spring of 2008 from Praedia Investments complete with outline planning consent for 675 residential units, 73,000 sq ft (6,775 sq m) of offices and light industrial and 2,153 sq ft (200 sq m) of retail.

The Company at this time has begun discussions with Cardiff planners to develop a £150m mixed-use development over the next 5 years on the site at Tyndall Street, and is hoping to attract occupiers from the Residential, Student, Care, University and Office sectors.
